No more guilt...
So, I spent much of the day engaging in option D from my previous post...and feeling guilty about it. I kept talking myself into and out of running or going to the gym. Finally, around 4pm, I sucked it up, got bundled up, and went for a run (temp in the low 40's and wind chill in the low 30's). I ran to the trail and then ran the 4-mile loop from I-35 to Lamar then (uphill) back home. Still not a great run, but now I sure am glad that I did it. Go mel!
