Austin's very own Desiree Ficker is on the October cover of Runner's World. She's amazing. I love watching her race (even if she does beat K) and seeing her run on TLT. She does a lot of progressive pace runs and will be running pretty high mileage (90 mile weeks) as she trains for the Olympic Marathon trials.
