Really, this is the absolute last thing that I need thrown on top of everything else I am dealing with. I guess it's not enough to be stressed about work, a last-minute business trip to Dallas next week, money, preparing to teach a class in 2 weeks, and oh yeah, a wedding in 3 1/2 weeks. I just got a subpoena to provide records and testimony at a trial on September 12. September 12, ya know the day when I was supposed to be relaxing on a beautiful beach in Greece far far away from all this stress?!?!?
I don't even have time to have the emotional breakdown about all of this that I deserve.

oh mel, i'm SO sorry to hear about that! i don't know anything about supoenas but i think you deserve a freakin' pass out of that one. damn.
