Tuesday night events...

We had a pretty packed evening today. I went for a 5-mile run in the neighborhood after work then got ready to go the HCTR meeting at Mangia afterwards. It was nice to see some familiar faces from our Palo Duro group, as well as many new ones. We got to hear about several races from different folks, including the 100-miler at Cactus Rose out at Bandera last weekend. As we were leaving, I told K that I'm not *that* crazy...but I think I am refining my boundaries and realizing that I just might be 50-miler crazy, probably sooner rather than later. K wasn't surprised by my statement. After the meeting, we went to an election party at Jovita's hosted by some of my co-workers. There was a good turnout of folks, and we stayed until the announcement of the winner. I have nothing to say on that topic.
